we can't bear to be separated... hold one another tightly in prayers!

last friday nite, we had our last cell group gathering at ivy's house, had a wonderful steamboat feast, praise & worship, ice breaker (animal game- Max's favourite!) and touching sharing.
indeed, we cant bear to be separated after one n half yr to be in the same cg... where we shared our tears, our joys, struggles...
why do we have to multiply while the bonding is so strong? every friday we only left cg say 1am, sometime even 2am! we have so much to talk, so much to share with one another....
however, multiplication is very important. if we stick to one another for too long, the new members will feel isolated and neglected. in order to keep the number growing, we have to be able to care more for new members. Also, with new cg, we get to know other TnTs better, we learn different things from one another and our own spiritual life will grow as well... coz we are out of our comfort zone and learn to depend and rely on God more!
i can't bear our permas TnT but yet i have this excitement within me, i so look forward to the new multiplication! - i know God is going to do lotsa great things through this group of young adults!
again, cant wait for friday to come, our TnT combine service...
meeting new members, new leaders... just so exciting...

counting my blessings

it's monday again. Had a packed weekend as usual.

Exhausted... battery flat :(

somehow i realised i dont have enough time to spend during weekends...thats the sacrifices i foresee when i decided to take up this job in Sg.

i rarely have time to talk or to fellowship with ppl, esp TnT gang... sometimes i dont even get to talk a sentence or see their faces... i started to feel what i am losing.

however, as i was reading this book talking bout contentment in life. God has revealed His faithfulness to me. He has blessed me more time during weekdays, to make cards, joining new bible study group with teenz leaders on Wed night, catching up with my non-christian friends, as well as open door for me to study part time theology in July. Of coz, He blessed me with wonderful superior, good money, housemate, and many good friends here in Sg... so many blessings that i am unable to count one by one!

Cell group is going to multiply again, looking at the list, wow most of the members are kind of new to me... but i thank God for this new friendship that i am going to build with them and I believe He is going to do wonders in every CG.

I love this Psalm... and slowly i realised what i am gaining after i moved to Sg...

busy weekend

it's monday again.

i was kinda busy for the past weekend, didnt even have time of fellowship with the TnTs.after teenz leaders meeting on Sat night, my teenz cell group went to SENZA (a cafe at desa tebrau) to celebrate janice's 14th birthday, oh ya... havent downloaded the pics... we had a great time there. nice ambience.

here are some pics taken last month, we were celebrating titus, apple and seehwee's birthday at woodlands causeway point... this is the new group of people i am attached to now, new friendship is developing... we are planning a short trip to relax ourselves somewhere in sept... hmmn.. nice... :) thank God for everything.

i found a very nice shop selling imported papers and craft thingy at plaza singapura, wow i really love that shop. i bought a few papers (things there are not cheap) and make them into some of the cards below... customize for a friend's order.
u think i can really sell them in the market? hmmm...

i ve moved from tiong bahru to commonwealth on sunday.

carrying my luggage and move here and there.

just like a snail...

couldnt sleep well, new place, new bed. oh ya, with many boxes in the room...

i m staying with elizabeth and her husband until they move to their new home in May.

very kind of them coz they let me stay for free at the other room...

well, for the sake of saving S$500, it really doesnt matter to sleep with many boxes!

work is getting better, not as fast as i thought it would be. praise God for that :)

still, sometimes i feel like i am an alien snail over here... heh...

can't wait for every friday to come... so excited to go back to jb, with cell group, teenz, church...

wow i really miss mamak! roti over here doesnt look tasty at all... dont mention bout the curry!
