new life

time flies!

i stayed in singapore for almost 2 weeks already.

i couldnt sleep for the first few days because of the change - change on whole environment, work, friends etc. Kinda stress coz things here are moving fast! (ehem, even the escalators) For my first week, i was so emotional (perhaps under stress) - i have to wake up 6.45am (used to wake up 8.45am!), squeeze into mrt (no more driving), buy breakfast with many foreign labours (oh well, i m also one of them :( ), bring umbrella everywhere i go, queue up v long to buy a few things from supermarket etc. i was complaining deep within, why do i want such a change....

Esp at work, realised that the court system, the response from legal firms etc are just - FAST. A lot to learn and a lot to pick up, esp on Sg laws... thank God i have a nice head of department who was my senior in JB few years back, we worked in a same legal firm before. She is willing to teach and coach me.. i m indeed very blessed!

thank God for my god-sisters too, i do not have to worry bout my stay and food... hehe... and yah, many of my church friends also work in Sg, that day we met up at Causeway Point for birthday celebrations for Titus, Apple and SeeHwee and around 24 people turned up! Amazing... :)

I found a new flatmate to share a 2 bedroom unit at commonwealth! yeah, its an old unit but cheap and without landlord~ wow i just couldnt wait to see what God has in store for me for the next couple of months! He has been so faithful and really taking care of all the little things that I worried.

I ve learnt to rely on Him so much more on each new day, coz I know without Him, I can do nothing! Tomorrow is Friday again... yeah, cant wait to go back home~ Esp the teenz concert on sunday night~ Let our praises move the city of JB!
