Happy CNY!

yay it's CNY again! gonna have lotsa delicious food this yr coz mum has retired n will cook for us! ya, pig stomach soup (with lotsa pepper!!!), fried chicken wings, my fav sweet n sour fish, prawns, spiced duck, sambal chicken, charsiew, vege and many more... haha... it's really hard to resist food temptations!

too bad i have to start working on 3rd day of CNY (sigh~)... anyway let's enjoy this CNY!

a surprise

remember teik hong & su ann? they are the couple got married on 27/12/08 in KL (see below older post for videos on their wedding day)

su ann has been asking me which is my favourite verse and i thought she is going to custom made a mug or a towel with the verse on it... but she forgot to bring the gift to penang for me and she sent it by mail to my Sg address.

When i opened up the parcel... other than the stickers (su ann knew i like to make cards, and she sent me some art stickers)... i was really surprised by their thoughtfulness and generosity...

yea, its a 16GB iPod nano...

and my name and my favourite verse was engraved on it.

it's such a beautiful surprise... and i truly thank God for both of them... :)

and yea, i can install my audio bible and a lot of sermons in it...! yay...

this is my desk at Corporate Legal Dept - CrimsonLogic.
yea quite happy with the Fujitsu laptop :) but.... i was so stressed out! i have to work overtime for my first 2 days at work, cant believe it. Boss asked me to draft a Teaming Agreement at Qatar, he is very nice coz he gave me templates... however i couldnt understand all the IT terms (like firewall, service level, data centre n many many more). business side gave me their solutions on the system, wah, this box sends to that box, then transfer to another server, then send here send there... wahlaoooooo... LIUHAN is the word.

I only did contracts for SOBE soya milk, kikoman, palmolive, royal umbrella rice.... and that Ba Wang hair shampoo (Jackie Chan is the ambassador!)... those consumer essentials thingies... and now... Stepping into IT industry no doubt is the greatest challenge for my 2009.
I know, His grace is sufficient for me. New job has drawn me closer to God coz apart from Him, i can do nothing.

I can only fully rely on Him each day...

ann only told me that bridesmaids' hand bouquet was not yet done 20 mins before the ceremony started! gosh... so i quickly use the fresh flowers to make into bouquets... hey i think if i attend a few lessons, i can be a florist too! haha...

eleanor was "wow-ing" at the angpow bird cage. Yan saw this idea from the magazine, and i bought the birdcage.. decorated it, and i think its really nice... compare to those decorated angpow box that collects angpow... what do u think?

and yea, we were busy tieing "reh bin" on the coasters... altogether 1000 of them n tie into 500 pairs

yah i did the design for the invitation card and the coasters... the coasters are really nice! a wedding favor that i will keep, its better than those cakes n chocs... :)
