an escape

finally we have celebrated our 13th "sisters anniversary".

we bought our very first friendship ring in Pulau Langkawi end of year 1996 and we decided to become "god-sisters" on 13th February 1997. Ha, dramatic daoooooo, i know, i know. We did upgrade our ring to a white-gold one 2 or 3 yrs ago... can't remember :P

We supposed to meet in Jan, then Feb.... only until last week we fixed our celebration at the Sheraton Hotel for high-tea last Sunday. It was great, lotsa stories to tell... catching up etc. The food was quite ok, 4 persons for the price of 3... we paid S$28 per pax, not too bad...

sad to say the main course was not good, very salty... nothing impressive except the roast duck. however the fantastic dessert truly cheer us up :D

the ice cream, toppings, cakes... they are just sooooo HEAVENLY nice...

rene, zoe and me - 17 yrs of friendship whereas 15 yrs with huili. We treasure this friendship and we really appreciate one another a lot... we share each other's high and low season in life, enjoy the moment to be together... a lot i want to write but i dunno where to start... i am so thankful to have them in my life.

experienced disappointments few weeks ago and this escape truly brightened up my day. thank God for this wonderful friendship that we have... :)
